streets of Staten Island, NY!
Metropolitan Drape & Blind shop owner Zachary Osher told The Staten Island Advance: "I was sitting at my desk at about 9:20 when I saw a zebra and pony run back and forth across the street, almost getting hit by a car. About 30 seconds later, I saw two men in dark black suits carrying lassos running across the street." He was fast enough to get the whole scene on his phone.

Hangover 101
Amongst many circles, the Vietnamese noodle soup Phở (pronounced Fuh), is heralded as the best hangover cure known to mankind. Seriously, put down that Bloody Mary and have some Pho!
After we had our Pho as a hangover helper breakfast, we went for the next cure: Kirin Ichiban! This is one of the best beer ever had! I know, never had a beer in the morning before! But what the heck, this is Hawaii and I'm vacationing!
