Right after Christmas I dropped off my car to the dealership (Alhambra Volkswagen) for a recall. This is the email I got from the dealership after I completed a survey for the job done on my car.

Hit or Miss? I would say this is a Hit...after a Miss! Definitely I'll take back my car so they can get it rewashed.
